3 bed bungalow needed an extreme makeover.
All the images on the left/top here, show how bad the condition of the property was when we purchased it. Many rotten floors, soffit boards, gutters etc. It needed a full rip out and starting from scratch which can seem daunting but with the right team is actually not that bad. Believe it or not the previous owner had lived in it like this!
All the images on the right/bottom here, show the same rooms after the full refurbishment. New plaster walls, ceilings and floorboards. New central heating, complete rewire, then decorated and carpeted throughout. Such a beautiful transformation, and so rewarding to breath life back into a property and make it someones home again.
4 bed bungalow converted to 3 bed with large dining kitchen.
The ensuite bedroom was a simple fix. Re decorate, re carpet, & new radiator. Neutral decor and a few staging props can make all the difference.
The house bathroom was actually worse than it looks here, so we ripped it out, added a new suite, fresh tiles and flooring. A new bathroom suite can be sourced surprisingly cheaply.
The old kitchen was quite small so we took out the wall through into the 4th bedroom . The ceiling was removed and repositioned to use some interesting angles and height. Large patio doors bring in the light.
Refurb and plot creation.
We got creative with this one as we managed to split the large garden into a separate building plot ,which we sold with outline planning permission. Inside we did the usual makeover, removed a wall and created a spacious family dining kitchen
Our first ‘Pandemic Purchase’.
Not only did we manage to purchase this lovely buy-to-let in the midst of a a global pandemic, we were stranded in Tasmania and completed the deal from there!
